Return and cancellation policy

At German and Finance, we want every participant to be satisfied with the experience offered. To this end, we apply the following cancellation and refund policy:

 

1. Cancellation of participation

Participants have the right to cancel their registration for a course, under the following conditions:

• If the cancellation is notified at least 3 days (72 hours) before the start of the course, the amount paid will be refunded in full.

• The cancellation request must be sent in writing to: germanandfinance@gmail.com

 

2. Late cancellations

• If the cancellation is made less than 3 days before the course, the amount is non-refundable .

 

3. Satisfaction Policy / Free Re-Participation

If a participant is not satisfied with the quality or progress of the course:

He/She has the right to participate in another course for free, if the following conditions are cumulatively met:

• Attended at least 75% of the course duration

• Completed and submitted the course assignment/work task

• The request is submitted within a reasonable time after the completion of the course

 

4. Refund method

• Refunds will be made using the same payment method originally used, within 14 business days of the request being approved.
